Mike ran through the the trees, closely followed by some of his packmates; Koosoku, who was getting ahead of him, and Fujiro, following happily behind. He stopped in his tracks and sniffed around "There," He ordered as he turned right. He found a small den under some roots of a tree "We'll sleep here tonight and hunt tomorrow morning, we'll get back to the Leader with as many prey as possible for the afternoon," He told them as he showed them the den.
When the other two got in he somewhat turned around and narrowed his eyes before going in.

Fujiro poked his head instead, his brown and light purple eyes scanning the inside of the den. It was a tight fit, but the mutt squeezed in next to his packmates, Koosoku, the Borzoi, and Mike, the German Shepherd. He was itching to find prey, his claws digging into the ground. He was starving; his stomach rumbled. Fujiro laughed quietly, slightly embarrassed. "I hope we find something tomorrow," The light brown dog muttered, tucking his tail at his side.

Mike laughed at Fujiro's silliness "Don't worry tomorrow everyone will be eating." Was all that the German Shepherd said before going into an easy sleep.
Koosoku laughed a bit at how easily Mike went to sleep "Like he said, you shouldn't worry too much. When we catch the prey tomorrow we'll probably eat a bit before going back to the alley," He told the younger dog as his tail swished a bit.

"That's a relief," Fujiro mumbled, closing his eyes steadily, his voice drifting off. The long run to the Southern Alps had deffinetly tired him out, and since the pack hadn't eaten for a while, it just made the run harder. His tongue lolled out as he settled into a light sleep.

Mike woke up first. Quickly followed by Koosoku who head out first for a hunt. As Mike turned to Fujiro he smiled a bit "Fujiro, wake up," He grunted as he pushed the male to his paws with his head.
He grunted again looked at his head dangling on one side of his neck. He sighed but still a smile remained on his face.

Fujiro slowly got to his paws, having been awoken by Mike. "Yeah, yeah, I'm up," He muttered, letting loose a long, toothy yawn. He clawed his way out of the den, his tired eyes clouded. He rubbed them gingerly, shaking out his pelt. "So are we just supposed to run around here and search for food, or what's going on?"

Koosoku, already far ahead, saw a rabbit. He gasped and licked his lips before stalking towards the thing. As it started running so did the Borzoi. He caught it and walked back towards the other two.
Mike smiled as he got out "Koosoku went to get some breakfast. He said it wouldn't be long," He told him before turning ahead and sitting down "Ah! here he comes," He told his friend as he turned to him.
Koosoku let the rabbit fall to the ground and took deep breaths "Tell me again, why am I the one hunting for you?," He asked a bit annoyed as he laid down and tore off a piece from the rabbit.

Fujiro's ears dropped at Koosoku, and he quickly replied, "Wait, wait, I have nothing to do with it; I just woke up!" He defended himself, prodding Mike's shoulder with his forepaw. "He's the one you should be blaming." Ignoring the rest of the conversation, Fujiro hungrily began to tear at the rabbit's flesh, his white fangs scoring into its white pelt and ripping out its intestines. The starving canine devoured it hungrily.

Mike laughed with Koosoku. He was just fast enough to tear a piece from the rabbit before Fujiro ate it all "Calm down there, buddy, you're going to have a stomach ache if you eat too fast," He laughed at the Coonhound mix eating the rest of the rabbit.
Koosoku laughed, a piece of meat dangling from his mouth "Well, our little friend hungry," He stated between bites.
