The newly remodeled laboratory where P4, also known as Kaibutsu, was created. Jerome's Squad originated from this place as well. The scientists here have learned not to genetically mess with dogs to the point where they would become murderous monsters, but haven't given up on their research. They'll take dogs and continue conducting experiments on them, but only minor ones each session. The canines still bare an immense amount of agony. They doubled their numbers of guard dogs, though, and have heavily enhanced their training. This place is a dog's hell and any dog with a brain should have the decency to stay as far away from it as they can. It reeks of death and poison.
