The Mutsu General's territory. There is a large valley in the land where Kisaragi and his brothers would throw their hostages until they agreed to join their pack. The ground in the valley is hot and dry and there's no possible space for shade. Since they joined the Ohu Army, they no longer do this kind of tyranny.
