Calm and collected, Hoiler is a very dutiful dog who's strict to the schedual. After being trained in a labratory for so long, he's hardly got time for fun. The few who've met him outside of the labratory say that he needs to loosen up, but he sometimes doesn't completely understand what their talking about.

Other:

Hoiler is one of Jerome's subordinates and is his second-in-command. He fights along side with Jerome against Kaibutsu, his job being to tear his flesh so that Jerome could rip out the main artery. When Kaibutsu crushes his head, the others sentence him dead; especially with the eerie, pained look he had on his face. When the helicopters came later, the noticed the rising flanks of him and his comerad, Rocca, and took them to the vet. He regained conciousness slightly when aboarding the helicopter, cracking an eye open just in time to see Kaibutsu's corpse. They both got better, but sadly, both North and Robert were gone for good. He now continues his life with the only friend he has left, worrying about what became of Jerome and the other dogs, but relieved he doesn't have to worry about P4 anymore.
